Supports that can run offset printing

The offset paper is the most absorbent printing support. It is recommended for book interior, agendas, brochures, letterhead sheets, NotePad, etc.

LWC paper is coated with a low basis weight and wood content, used for magazines, flyers, catalogs, yearbooks, etc. In this paper support can be printed full-color images and special colors.

The paper label is a coated support (glossy) on one side, available in weights from 60 g / m² to 100 g / sqm. It’s recommended the lacquering of printing (color UV protecting against water or alkaline substances, etc).

Double coated paper exists in matte variant  too, glossy and simply coated with weights ranging from 90 g / m² and 135 g / sqm. It is recommended its use for advertising materials.

Double-coated cardboards in mate variants, glossy and simply coated with weights between 150 g / m² and 350 g / sqm. Recommended for advertising materials, book covers, magazines, catalogs, folders, calendars etc.

Chrome coated cardboards

Coated chromo cardboards contain between the layers of chemical pulp, intermediate layers of mechanical pulp . Coated primary fiber cardboard ( chromo coated cardboard), with white face, without wood fiber, with intermediate layer pale and white  back without wood fiber (GC1) or with cream colored rear (GC2).

Chromo cardboard GC1, white back

Double laminated cardboard front coated and simple back coated. Stiffness, whiteness and high brightness, thanks to white back, coated, type GC1 and face coated performance. The cardboard surface is very smooth , has luster and shine, ensuring the quality of offset printing.

It is recommended for packaging, books bookbinding, postcards, folders, boxes, etc.

Chromo cardboard GC2, cream colored  back

The back is cream colored cardboard, color that is given by the lower layer transparency,  this way the color of the middle layer becomes visible. The bottom layer of this cardboard is made from bleached chemical pulp or not bleached. The combination from inner layer of mechanical fiber with outer faces of chemical pulp form a stable  and rigid sheet. It’s recommended for packaging, books bookbinding , postcards, folders, boxes, etc.

GD type cardboards

Are duplex cardboards, made from 100% recycled raw materials, have a top layer coated recommended for non-packaging materials in the food industry, pharmaceutical and food (the product does not come into direct contact with the package) for rigid advertising materials (stands, hangers, calendars, etc.). They are lacquered after printing or is foiled.

GT type cardboards

Are triplex cardboards, made from 100% recycled material, shows in addition to the GD type a lower layer of white or brown paper. They have the same recommendations as the GD type.

Sticker papers in glossy versions, semiglossy, matt and metallic, used for stickers, adhesive labels etc. It can print full-color images or special color, then lacquered or foiled.

Carbonless papers

The copy is achieved by the interaction of two layers: the first sheet of a set of carbonless is coated on the back with a color donor layer, and the second face sheet is coated with a color acceptor layer. Between these two pieces – to get multiple sets of copy – can be inserted so-called CFB sheet. They are covered with a layer back donor and on the face with a acceptor  layer of color.

CB = coated back = surface coating on the back sheet of paper with a layer of color acceptor.

CFB = coated front and back = face coating with a layer of color acceptor and on the back with a layer of donor color.

CF = covering the face with a layer of color acceptor.

Use: invoices, receipts, orders, various carbonless forms.

Metallized papers are used for labels in food and non-food industry. Can be printed both images in full color and special colors. It’s recommended the printing lacquering  (to protect against UV, against water or alkali substances etc).

Metallized cardboards are  mainly used in advertising, light industry, and toys (for labels) or cosmetics. Can be printed full-color images or special color, then lacquered or foiled.
